Hi team,
I've looked through a number of similar posts for Wrike's notification inbox, however I couldn't quite find the right post that covered what I wanted to suggest (if it's out there, please link it so I can upvote it!).
It would be great if we could filter within our Wrike inboxes, similarly to how we can within our mailing apps (i.e. Outlook). It's great that we can search through incoming, sent, and archived notifications, and through incoming we can filter on all notifications or only unread, however it would be great to include more options so that we can narrow down on the right notification. We often get flooded with notifications and when it's hard to find the one that we are looking for, we often have to go through Outlook to try and search for the email version based on keywords.
It would be great to include more filtering options specifically in Incoming. Some examples are:
- Filter by date of notification - this would include the calendar box to allow us to select a day or date range from when we got a notification
- Filter by notification/event type - this would include a single-select or multi-select list of events to filter our notifications on such as work assigned to me, @mentions, work shared, etc. so we can see notifications of that specified nature
- Filter by who triggered the notification and/or automation bot - this would include a user-selection list where we can filter on the person who sent us the notification, as well as an option to show notifications triggered by the automation bot
- Filter on work type - this would include a selection for task and/or projects, so we can narrow down notifications based on the type of work they were left on
These are just some ideas off the top of my head, but I'd be curious if others had any other Wrike notification inbox filter ideas!
