Hi everyone!
We’re thrilled to announce a very exciting update to Wrike’s request forms: it’s now possible to add conditional follow-up questions! 🤩
We know that many of you have been looking forward to this release, and we’d like to take a moment to thank you for your feedback and for supporting the original suggestion 💚 Special thanks go to our amazing members who helped our Product team test this feature 🤗
How does this work?
Starting now, you can add a follow-up paragraph question for a single answer-type of question:

To do that, click on the Conditional branching and assignment button and choose the option to Add a follow-up question.
In the dialogue that appears, you’ll be able to write the question and a description and set the answer as required.

You’ll also be able to add the answer to the title and/or description of an item, as well as space- or account-level custom fields depending on the form’s setting.

Please note that this feature isn't available in our mobile applications at the moment.
This is just the first step and our team is planning to add more options to the types of questions where conditional follow-ups can apply, as well as the types of the follow-ups themselves 📌
That’s why your feedback is very important at this stage! Please share your excitement and further suggestions to this feature in the comments below 👇
