My To-Do changed formats and I can't change it back

My to-do list changed formats to one that resembles a spreadsheet and is all completely customizable now. I think I clicked on something by mistake and can't get it to go back to the way it was before. It doesn't allow me to change the view here at all. Any advice?

I have the same issue. What is the solution to make this look like the it used to? I.e. more like Space overview page(s)
