Exclude Wrike API's to fetch data from Recycle Bin

While pushing data from our internal servers to Wrike 's tasks via API's, we referenced a task name via postman, however postman is fetching an error when a duplicate task name exists in Recycle Bin. Any idea n how to exclude entries from Recycle bin?
