Consistancy in Workload chart filters

Currently the Workload chart can be filtered with the filter presets. And only apply to the current user. These filter presets cannot pushed to other user, to make sure everybody is using the same views.

The backlog box of the workload chart is filtered by configurations in the setting menu. And this filtering applies to ALL users.

It would be preferred if the filtering of both the chart of (user) resources would work consistent with the filtering of the backlog box:

- Filters should both be for all users or current user, in the same way for Workload and Backlog box.

- If the filter applies to only the current user, it should be possible to make the preset filter 'default', so it can also be used by others.

- Additionally for the backlog box:

It should be possible to filter the backlog box on job roles. (currently if filtered on a specific 'job role' as assignee, still all job roles are visible)
It should only show projects which have tasks with scheduled dates. Because else it will be 'empty' project lines in the workload chart

Hi Simone,
I am happy that the view filters work differently than the backlog filters.
Because it is often necessary to broaden the horizon of the backlog to be able to view activities that can be carried out not only by that team, perhaps in periods of very busy activity.

We use a single view for each department shared with the entire team for the workload.
And even if each user can set different filters, we have established that to have the complete overview they must have specific filters.
It would be useful to be able to save, as you write, a filter "as default".

I also like that the view filters work for the view of the current user, for the same reason as you state. But in my opinion it should then also work in the same manner for the backlog box.

My preference would be that the filters for the backlog box would be equalized with the filter of people view. With the exception that you can filter on job roles as assignee's, instead of people.

And for BOTH filters the ability to save a preset filter that it is accessible by everyone as one of the default filters.

Additionally it would be handy if it would be configurable to always show the backlog box.

I think these minor changes would highly improve the usability.
