Tracking Metrics/Performance for Creative Teams

Question

Our creative team would like to find ways to track our performance metrics in Wrike. I am trying to create a Widget for "time spent in working status" for just our specific team members but I'm not getting the results I'm hoping for. Is this a possible ask? Are there any other specific ways Creative teams are reporting out their performance metrics?

Hi @Kirsten Gross if you have access to create analytics boards in reports there's a great template for a board for Productivity analysis which breaks down average time spent in statuses and top status changes.  We use this for our Creative team.
