I was just about to open the same product feedback post and noticed this one. Having more dynamic questions would be so helpful. Right now if there is more than one in a single-select question for example, I have to add more pages to be able to add all the necessary questions and it can get quite messy with the form flow to bring people back to the same page afterwards for common questions.

This feature enhancement would be so great!

Yes i agree. Can we get multiple follow up questions added instead of forcing them to go to different pages.

Noticed this in the account just the other week - thanks for sharing @Basudha Sakshyarika !

Any chance we'd be able to get follow-up questions to follow-up questions (sort of related to this topic!)? I was hoping when I saw the "New" label in my request form settings that this would also be possible, but stoked nonetheless for the update!☺️

Glad you're excited about the update, @Anna Giacobbe! Yes, there are plans to support deeper branching in request forms, with additional follow-up questions nested one level deep on existing follow-ups. You can find it as a note in this post.
