Hi community, I just started my Wrike Analyze training and I've been having a hard time understanding how to use the custom item types with the custom analytics board. Formerly, when using Dashboards, it was much easier to filter based on custom item types. For example, how do I create a widget for all budget plans across…
I'm trying to create a formula that returns a count of Project IDs if Budget < Actual Cost. Does anyone have a solution for this?
Hi Community,I hope everyone has been well. I will continue this week and next with two posts, one showing the use of a function and another a use case that builds upon it. We will start with the often-requested DDIFF function! You might find this piece helpful if:* You would like an easy way to hold assignees accountable…
This is a follow up to the Wrike Webinar: Most Common Use Cases of Wrike Analyze that was hosted today by Mobeen Tahir. Mobeen showed a function for how to get a pie chart that showed tasks completed on time vs late and I'm hoping someone can share it here. Thanks in advance 🙂
Hi Product Team. When using the Analyze capabilities, given the structure of our dashboards and widget contents and what we would like to see during reviews we often need to build a board that has multiple elements requiring scrolling, or load multiple different tabs with different reports for comparison. It would be great…
It would be so much easier to have any custom fields created available as dimensions in Analyze. I find myself constantly realizing a field I created can't automatically be added to reports and I have to reach out to support.
I work for a company who's fiscal year starts in July. Therefore I want most of my reports to run from July to June. I can achieve this with custom date ranges that then need to be updated each year, or with some trial and error in the advanced json formula spot. But once I have the date range sorted, the "YTDSum" function…
I am trying to make an indicator that shows the number of tasks created in the past week and the number of tasks completed in the past week and I can't get the formula to work. PastWeek((COUNT([Task ID]), [Days in Task Creation Date])) and PastWeek((Count([Task ID]),[Task Status Group])) These are the formulas I am using…
I've been asked to create a report that identifies any tasks where key fields have been left blank. e.g. (Manager OR Practice Lead are empty) AND (Status is Active). I can easily create separate filters for each field - but is there any way to apply an OR operator between them?
It would be great to have the availability to extract data about the assigned effort per week in Wrike Analyze. Currently Wrike analyze only holds . But efforts within tasks can be flexible assigned. Since that data is stored in wrike, it would be useful if it could be used in reporting. regards, Simone
