Automate adding effort to specific assignee after status change

Here is the scenario: Assignee adds files to task and changes the status to REVIEW. This automatically adds the Reviewer as an assignee (through the workflow set up). I want to automatically allocate 0.5hrs to the Reviewer to spend reviewing and approving the files. Is there any way to do this?

I'm not sure if there's an automation to add effort but I know I have been asked this before with certain tasks.  As a workaround I set up at automation to @mention assignees to remind them to assign effort based on the condition of a certain status.  Would love to know if anyone else has a solution for this.
