I'd like the default view (board in this case) to always show tasks from subfolders. I can't see anyway to do that. Is that buried somewhere?
I don't think there is a way to set that as a Default. However, I did just set one of my folders to show all tasks, closed Wrike and went back in. It held onto that setting.
How about in List View?
Hi @Carolyn Noble, welcome to the Community! 🙂
It can't be set to default, but you can click "Settings" to show them in the List View:
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Has wrike been able to change this since then? Thanks
Hi @Alex Ferry!
In Table view, it's possible to use the "Subitems" menu - there are several options there, e.g. "single list of tasks" which shows all tasks from all subitems:
When you set one of the options, it will stay the same the next time you open it. I hope this helps 🙂
Lisa, I am looking for this in the list view, not the table view
Hi @Alex Ferry. Welcome to Wrike Community! We are sunsetting List View and merging its features with the new Table View. As mentioned above by Lisa above, you can use the 'subitems' option in the new Table View to expand and show the subtasks. Hope this helps! 😊 Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
