[From Wrike] New release: Tidy up your spaces with space archival notifications! 📦

Alina from Product team here. Shortly after the last update, today I bring you another enchantment we just introduced to help you optimize your account maintenance routine! 🙌

Introducing space archival notifications!

When a space is unused for 3, 10 or 20+ months, it is more likely that at this point, it's just collecting dust making it harder for teams to navigate. Now, you can tidy up the account with our proactive archival notifications! Wrike will identify unused spaces, tell you for how long they have been inactive and reach out to space admins suggesting to archive.

How it works
In spaces that have not have any editing or communication activity for 3 months or more:

You will see a visual message in the space itself suggesting to archive
Wrike will send a Wrike Inbox notification to space admins suggesting to archive

Once space is archived
This action is not destructive. If you change your mind, you can easily restore the space by navigating to: Left side panel > Spaces > Browse other spaces > Archived

Thank you for adding this. I received three notifications this week. I was almost ashamed some spaces have not been used in 60+ months. We do have a lot of spaces though and this will help weed out the abandon ones so I may take appropriate action. Thank you again!

Only people listed as an Admin on the Space get the notification? What about Account Administrators or Owners who weren't added as an Admin on the Space? This would be very helpful.

Hey @Tiffany Sands! Yes, this feature sends out notifications to space admins only. But worry not, we are cooking something that should help with the bigger picture for admins. Pretty soon, you will be able to access an overview experience for spaces created in the account in a handy tabular view and take actions from there!
