Hello Wrike Community đź‘‹
We’re excited to announce the release of Ask AI in Wrike Labs—an advanced AI capability that, when paired with the wealth of knowledge stored in your Wrike items—such as knowledge bases, documentation, communication threads, and more—enables you to unlock information and insights at scale whenever you like.
Ask AI brings three core features:
1. AI-Powered Workspace Q&A:
Ask natural language questions based on information stored in Wrike. Instantly query spaces, projects and tasks, then receive clear descriptions and direct links to relevant items, acting as a knowledge hub for your workspace.

2. Quantitative Dashboard Insights:
Quickly query your dashboards for key metrics. Ask about average completion times, number of proofing rounds, or number of delayed tasks per assignee in recent months, and get immediate, data-driven responses in the form of charts for your reporting needs.
3. Project Aggregation & Summaries:
Access high-level project intelligence in your sidebar, including current status, key risks, blockers, and summary updates—no manual compiling required.

How to get started:
- Open the chat interface via the “Ask AI” button in the project, folder, or space header.
- Use AI to instantly find and surface relevant information found within descriptions and fields—or try the prompt suggestions for inspiration.
- Review the sources either in-line or in the dedicated “Sources” section in the responses to understand where information has been sourced from and explore further.
- Ask AI follow-up questions in the chat—the context is maintained for a seamless, conversational experience.

By bringing these powerful features together, Ask AI enables your team to access vital information instantly and optimize workflows with intelligent, actionable insights.
Head over to Wrike Labs and make sure “Work Intelligence preview” is enabled to start using Ask AI.Â
Note: you can use the thumbs up or down feature to provide feedback on the quality of responses during the Labs release. 👍🏽👎🏽
