We’ve extended the filtering UI introduced in Table view—featuring Relative Date filters, enhanced Status filters, and more—to the Resources, Files, and Board view. Enjoy a faster, more consistent filtering experience across views.

How to use it?

Open any of the views above, click the Filter icon, and apply the filters you need.

Curious to see where the new Filtering is going towards!

The new filter is great! Unfortunately not all Table View filters are available in board view yet. We used to be able to see "Current User and Unassigned" in Board view, and now with the new filter, one cancels out the other. It does not have the "group" filter option like in table view. Looking forward to them bringing that back.

Hi! Will the filter be enhanced to consider parent and subparent tasks when we filter on a option? The old filter used to take that into consideration, but the new filter doesn't, which creates an issue for us when we want to view, particular information in a custom field. For example, we have a custom field that assist our project managers which tasks are client facing verse not. Some parent tasks we don't want visible, but we want the subtasks to be visible. The latest filtering enhancement does not exclude the parent task, it only greys it out. The old filterng option would exclude the parent tasks.

Hi @Adriana Calderone, our team is planning to add an option to show only subitems when filtering in the Table view. There’s no ETA at the moment. We’ll post an update here in the Community when we have news. Please keep an eye on our Weekly Release Notes so you don’t miss any updates.
