New dashboards changed the game for us in 2024. We were very early adaptors and upon its release began to revamp our Wrike to provide us with the data we wanted to see in digestible formats. For example, we modified our folder structure so we could pull widgets by a folder and then got more refined in our custom fields so that the widgets with break out those folders to give us information we could work with. It is important to have the end goal in mind (I will also plug in that New Table View helped with the mass updates that were required to make such significant changes quickly!)
By the end, we created over 20 new dashboards representing the different channels in our team, utilizing so many new widgets and features made available, including sections to break out team individual's to-do lists. We began using the new notes widget to display important folders that the teams needed quick access to, and calendars to display important dates such as industry events, email distributions and social posts for transparency.
These new dashboards were so important to our marketing team, that it was considered one of our great wins of 2024, to be able to quickly view the information and use the interactive data to access specific projects and groups of projects. It was a lot of work, but the end result was worth it!
Excited to see what 2025 will bring!
