Product Updates and Innovations 🚀

At Wrike, we are committed to delivering the best possible experience for our customers through innovative product releases. By staying attuned to your needs, we're able to develop features that enhance productivity and collaboration. Each update is crafted with the goal of empowering you to achieve more and transforming the way you work.

In 2024, we launched key enhancements like Datahub for seamless data integration and New Dashboards featuring new charts and widgets. Request Forms saw improvements with expanded blueprint functionalities and customized confirmation options, while Automation was upgraded with integration actions and AI suggestions. Our mobile apps got a boost with Calendar access and better navigation (available for iOS and Android), and AI-enhanced summarization features were introduced across various views. Additionally, updates like rich text formatting in Custom Fields, new Workspace Themes, and Item View functionalities further enhanced the user experience.

Your Ideas That Shaped Wrike 💚

We highly value your input and are thrilled to highlight the product enhancements your support enabled in 2024. Our active Product Feedback forum uses a voting system to help our Product team focus on your most popular ideas, guiding our development priorities. We dedicate substantial efforts to gathering, assessing, and implementing your feedback. It’s rewarding to see many of these top-voted suggestions turn into reality.

Collaborate 2024

Wrike Collaborate 2024, our annual event, offered valuable insights, practical tips, and updates on our latest product developments. If you missed our conference or want to relive the experience, you're in luck! Head over to our website to access all the sessions on demand.

Community Competitions 2024

We hosted a holiday competition for our Community members that featured a variety of fun and creative challenges. Participants got to join in on activities like the Wrike Acronym game, Secret Santa, designing a Holiday Planning Board, creating a Digital Postcard, and working on a Time-Capsule Project.

Community sessions

We had 4 dedicated Community sessions where we discussed Product roadmap, automations, Datahub, and more, and over 100 of you participated in those. Keep an eye out for our announcements for those special sessions in Brought to You by Wrike & Wrike Ninjas Only forums.

New Forums

Two new forums are added to our Community:

Manufacturing User Group: A dedicated forum for discussing the use of Wrike in the Manufacturing sector or for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Wrike for Mobile: A forum created to discuss all aspects of Wrike Mobile, including our iOS and Android apps.

As part of our ongoing commitment to recognizing the invaluable contributions of our Community members, we introduced a new monthly recognition in 2024 – the 'Contributor of the Month' 🏆 Huge thanks to our top contributors @Pietro Poli, @Ali Moses, @Anna Giacobbe, and @Florian Kislich for consistently stepping in to help our Community members 🙏

Orange and Green belt achievers

Our Community members' engagement kept increasing! Over 57 orange belts 🧡 and 47 green belts 💚 were awarded.

First Time Posters: A warm welcome to our 1,400+ new members! In 2024, more than 1,400 individuals made their first contributions, marking an exciting year of growth! 📈

We are grateful for your fantastic contributions in 2024, which have made our Community an incredible space! 💚
