No more pre-saved filtering??

With the new filtering system, can we no longer use preset filters we had saved in the past? Or save them for future filtering?

For example I had created a filter to show me all tasks that were assigned to a specific person. These are no longer visible in the new filtering system?? I also can't create even recreate that filter and save it for future use? Now I have to just set up my filter each time? Please tell me I am just missing the "Save Preset" option - that is a BIG loss.

Can you send a screenshot of when you scroll down to show the last few options at the bottom? Also, are you filtering by 'name' or 'assignee' because I'm wondering if you filter by 'name' then maybe the error is in the original field?

This is the "Save Preset" functionality I am looking for. When we set up the plans we have multiple people assigned based on their role in the project. We like to filter on each resource to make sure they are assigned to the correct tasks and that their hours of effort are spread out correctly across the project.

Table View (old) had this filtering system where you can save it (i've recreated Andrew, all active tasks and saved as "Cote" in the filter list.

Table view (new) now has the filtering that can be used as the default plan view, but no way to switch between the saved preset filters. This is a big loss for us if we have to manually filter each time.

I can filter by groups (show me all active AND assigned to x), but no way to name this and across the top is not easy to identify.

If click on the three dots on the tab. You can save the default view for the tab there. We have multiple tabs saved with different filters.

Thank you, @Maria Phillips and @Tiffany Sands, for your input. Setting filters as default view is a good workaround—thank you for sharing—but it can quickly become difficult to navigate as more views are added. On the other hand, presets help save frequently used filter combinations for quick selection.

@Danielle Wilson The good news is that it is in our plans to add the ability to save presets, use existing ones, and change the order of your presets. You can expect it to be available soon.
