Downgrade the amount of users

Hi,

I’d like to downgrade our Teams Plan from 15 users to 10 users. Could you please advise on the steps to do this and confirm when the change will take effect?

Hey @Zayne Retief,

I think you need to reach out to your dedicated Account Manager for this as it's not typically something you can do, even if you are an admin in the account, in the backend!

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve discussed the matter with my account manager. Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade a user directly. You are required to cancel your Wrike subscription. Once it lapses, you can sign up again and then select only the users you need.
