Track time for a project without any tasks created

we have lot smaill project need 1 or 2 person speed in few days.

so we didnt crate tasts for the easy projects, however we still want to tracking time use for the small projects, then we could undertand how many small project speed our recouse

but Project without tast " time spent" is grey we cannt input data. however if we creat a task then a tast then it can be tracking also the project will sum the task time.

we are looking to track time for a project without any tasks created.

is not possible to track time without a task.

Maybe you can create just one task into the project (by blueprints it's pretty simple and quick).

From my perspective is more coherent use task to track time and not directly in project and you will have consistent data to compare.

Hi @JD Wang like @Pietro Poli some of our projects just have a few overarching tasks for the purpose of capturing the effort/time spent. This also helps to track where the project is up to and the effort required can be broken down into different aspects of the project.
