Reminders for Assignees

Hi,

I'm setting up a task for multiple assignees. The assignees aren't very active in Wrike so I want to build a reminder for them to complete the task. The time range for the task is 1 month and I want a reminder to go out each week.

I'm not sure if there's a direct automation rule that will solve this

Hi @Megha Bagga! I would use multiple automations configured per the below, each set to a different date range.

Are the assignees always the same? If so, I would use automations. We currently have one that applies to tasks due in the next 1 hour (these are for our tasks marked high importance to help the team prioritize their tasks). But you could easily do one that triggers with the following:

When due date (field) will be within the next (condition) 1 week (amount of time)
Conditions are if the status is active and assignee is X, Y, Z
Add comment or mention: @assignees this task is due in one week.

And then do the same automation but for 2 weeks out and so on. If they aren't active in Wrike, it may help if they have their settings set up to notify by them by email with @mentions.
