User Management: Allow Admins to Set Home for Users 🏠

Based on your valuable feedback about customizing the onboarding experience for new users, we’re excited to announce the new "Allow Admins to Set Home for Users" feature!

What's New:

When creating an invite, the admin/inviter can now set a dashboard as the home page for the new user, streamlining their onboarding and helping them get started faster.
New users can stick with this home page or change it according to their personal preference.
If no home is set, Wrike will assign “My Dashboard” by default as part of regular user onboarding.

For us it would be quite cool, if for example we could link calendars (PTO), assign them groups (Teams), based on their Outlook data. (Also setting up the supervisor)

Yes - and if specifically, we could connect to MS Teams, and if we had a meeting, immediately be able to record our time for that meeting and add CoPilot notes to the task YEP = I am greedy LOL

To answer your question: Currently, admins cannot set a Dashboard as the Home page for existing users. However, users can set a Dashboard as their own Home page. You can find more information on this in the Community Page .

This update applies to new users via the invite workflow, but once they join, they'll be able to change their home page as well. Also, a release is in progress to add a home page at the user group level. When set, group members will inherit this home—affecting existing users, too. However, a user-set home takes precedence over a group home page.
