Request Forms

The best thing that we did in our projects was create requests forms that gather all the project data prior to us even starting. It is so much better to have them think about the deliverables and measurables before starting the project. Having them fill out this form makes them really dig deep and saves the project manager time!

I totally agree @Rachel Moore we have multiple request forms and they have really helped to cut down on the back and forth with stakeholders as the form captures all the required information. Plus the project is already built out when connecting the form with the corresponding blueprint. It has also been helpful for us to link the forms to necessary custom fields so these are automatically completed to help with our reporting and filtering.  Our forms are used a lot by external Wrike users so we also enjoy the ability to have a custom autoresponder thank you email.  Request forms are the best!
