I've been using Wrike since 2019. There used to be a phone line I could dial for help, and then that got taken away and everything got pushed to email. I just tried emailing their customer support email and got a bounce back that says "this email is no longer supported."
My account manager changes every 4 months. We had a guy last year, and then was told this year that hes no longer with Wrike and this new woman is my point of contact. Im out on maternity leave and I respond and she tells me she'll only be my point of contact through the end of August. Lol. Now it's September 10th and no one has informed me who my new (again) person is.
Wrike used to be awesome. We'll probably consider changing platforms here soon.
