We’ve seen and carefully reviewed the needs you raised in these threads:
We’re now actively working on a set of Request Form improvements that aim to address these (and similar) use cases, including:
- Dynamically creating subitems (subtasks/subprojects) from a single form
- Populating those subitems with form answers (including mapping to custom fields)
- Handling multiple types of work in one request, each with its own conditional follow‑up questions
- Repeating the same block of questions when requesting multiple copies of the same item/asset
To make sure we build this in a way that truly works for you, we’re currently in the discovery phase and looking to speak with customers who:
- Use (or want to use) complex Request Forms, and/or
- Struggle today with splitting large requests into subitems or managing many conditional questions, and/or
- Have to rely on multiple forms for different teams while working on the same project.
