Timesheets now support both weekly or monthly cadences, giving teams more flexibility in how they track and submit time.
What’s new?
- Set your preferred Timesheet frequency (week or month) at the work schedule level.
- Apply monthly submission rules when submitting monthly Timesheets.
- View multiple Timesheets within periods longer than a week.
- Filter Timesheets overlapping with a custom period, regardless of cadence.
This update is available now for Pinnacle and Apex plans. Take a look at the Help Center article for full details.
The New Board experience is here to streamline those first crucial minutes on a whiteboard and boost adoption across your team.
What’s new?
- Simplified, standardized navigation with two clear modes: Hand to navigate and Arrow to select.
- Improved selection that lets you easily select empty shapes and pick up objects even when the selection rectangle only partially overlaps them.
- Redesigned, customizable toolbar with a prominent sticky notes entry and no more “+” button.
- Enhanced facilitation with present, comments, and interact actions grouped together, plus online participants visible at a glance.
- Unified settings that bring personal and whiteboard options together in a single place.
- More powerful Board search that covers more elements with a refreshed UI/UX.
- Updated look & feel aligned with Wrike and Klaxoon’s design system for a more consistent visual experience.

You can now consult closed Klaxoon Whiteboards in a dedicated read-only experience, making it clear what can (and cannot) be edited while still allowing everyone to review the content.
What’s new?
- Access closed Whiteboards in view-only mode for all roles, whether standalone or in a Klaxoon Session.
- See a clear “Closed” tag in the top-left of the Board header, always in the full Board view using the New Board Experience.
- Prevent all editing actions on closed Boards and require hosts/co-hosts to reopen the activity to make changes.
- Keep full context by allowing ideas and comments to be opened in visualization while all other objects remain locked.
Availability:
- Available to all users (FREE and PRO) who have enabled the New Experience of Klaxoon Board.
