The Templates & Solutions Center is now accessible to everyone in an account, including users who canāt create spaces or install templates (e.g., Viewers and Collaborators). This makes it easier for all teams to discover what Wrike has to offer.
Whatās new?
- Browse & discover for all users: Everyone can explore the full gallery, view template details, descriptions, and previews.
-Clear guidance for restricted users: Users without template installation permissions will see a message explaining they need to be upgraded to Regular (or higher) or granted additional permissions to install templates.
-Greater visibility for Wrike Solutions: More teams across the organization can discover pre-built solutions and workflows.
How to access:
- āTemplates & Solutionsā button in the user profile menu.
- Direct link to a specific template shared by a colleague or a Wriker.

- AI Agents March Update: Precision Control Route Filter and Track āļø
This release focuses on precision and control: Agents can now move or add items to specific folders, adjust start and due dates based on context, read parent and sibling and cross folder data, trigger on API changes, use per action filters, work with checkbox fields, and read formula outputs.
We also share an Intake Duplication Agent including its setup and configuration so you can instantly start scanning existing work for similar items, flag likely duplicates, and route only truly new requests.
