Ideally, our team members realize that they haven't stated "approved" or "changes required" in Wrike but I keep coming across situations where I know they reviewed an asset but then forget to press either button.
Hi @Reinert Toft do you mean that team members are reviewing assets through the approval process but then forgetting to update the status of the task? If so you can set up an automation to change the status of the task upon the approval decision being made. Or if it's that the reviewers are not actually selecting the decision as part of the approval process you can set up reminders that are sent to the reviewers to prompt them to complete this.
