Before Wrike we didn't have a sharable Kanban view so work just 'got done' and the list grew and shrank.. now we are able to see exactly which stage each project and task is at which makes scheduling and collaboration so much easier!

One workflow that Wrike has significantly improved for our team is document review and approval.

We use Wrike to manage design documents, use cases, and other project deliverables throughout the review cycle. Instead of tracking approvals through long email threads or spreadsheets, we keep everything in one place. It's easy to assign reviewers, monitor approval status, and make sure everyone is working with the latest document version.

This has improved collaboration between our internal teams and external stakeholders, increased visibility, and made our approval process much more organized and efficient.

One thing Wrike has really made easier for me is handling campaign requests and keeping track of everything in one place.

Since we started using Wrike, coordinating work across Procurement, Contracts, and Risk Management has become much easier. It's helped bring structure to our request and procurement processes, making it clearer who is responsible for what and where each request is in the process.

Streamline requests and intake processes:

I have project managers, that put in design requests everyday and sometimes all day long. We have created a setup with wrike using acronyms and status controls for workflow. It allows me to move sign designs into flows, proofing, quality control and then into production and manufacturing. Some status stages also allow me and project managers to know when designs have been sitting to long, and need approved or researched why, without heavy effort. We might not be even fully pushing wrike to its limits. It works, with a little self discipline.

Overdue Detector: flags tasks past due date
