Dimensions for logo branding on request form

Question

Can someone please let me know what the specific dimensions for the logo we can add to request forms now.  There is not much guidance except for saying anything smaller than 2MB but when I add out logo it comes up very small (screenshot attached) so just wondering if we can have some more guidance on the dinensions that will work for this.

Hi @Amy Hunter 😊 Here's what I heard back from our product team:

Currently, we provide three size options: Small, Medium, and Large. The height of the Small variant is 30px (which is the default), while Medium and Large are 1.5x and 2x of that size (45px and 60px). The width of the image is completely flexible, meaning there is no set limit to the width.

If the image appears too small, it is usually due to one of two reasons:

* Empty Space: The image might have a lot of transparent space or white padding around the edges. Cropping the image tightly to the edges of the text or graphic will instantly fix this.
* Logo Shape: The image might be vertically tall. Tall logos will naturally scale down much smaller than wide, horizontal ones to fit within the fixed height limits.

That's not the size of my logo it's just a screen shot to show how small it comes up.  the actual size of the one I used is 11KB.  But yes I could try a larger logo

@Amy Hunter I'm wondering as well if yours is too small at 8.72 KB! Do you have a larger version you can try?
