My Tiny Work Ick:

When I need to upload a screenshot and my folder is full of files named "Screenshot_2026-05-30_14.23.45.png," "Screenshot_2026-05-30_14.24.02.png," "Screenshot_2026-05-30_14.25.11.png"… and I have absolutely NO idea which one is the right one. Cue opening every. single. file. 🖼️😩😅

I think it is less than tiny but I cannot stand what I call "consultant speak" in meetings and conversation. I find it rarely translates to real action and is ultimately meaningless in what is needed for actual change.

My ick is when we have a meeting that could have been an email. More than that, I get an ick when meetings don't have specific action plans to follow and we just yapped for a couple hours.

Typos in project and task names, inviting everyone to the meeting just because why not, too many browser tabs, having to always request access to a shared file when I'm ready to work, a long email chain instead of a phone call…
