Dashboards vs. Analyze- Tracking Department Throughput

Hi all,

I currently have some analyze widgets set up to track department throughput. (I do this by tracking how many CITs per week enter a specific status that indicates they have left a given department using the "task status change history new status" function.) I would like to move this widget over to a dashboard that is more often looked at by our ELT, but I can't figure out how to make this happen on a dash. Has anyone done anything similar?

Hey @Ali Moses, there is a Status changes workflow metric available in Dashboard chart widgets, although might be limited by your account level.

You should be able to use Status changes as the metric, Status change date grouped by week as the breakdown, and then filter or segment by Status after change to select the department’s exit status. You can also filter the widget to the applicable custom item type.

An alternative would be an automation that stamps a custom date field when the item enters the exit status, then reporting against that field in the Dashboard.
