How are you currently using AI in your day-to-day work?
With Wrike MCP, have you tried asking an AI assistant to work directly with Wrike (without opening Wrike itself)? If so, what do you typically ask it to do — for example, pulling specific information from Wrike, or updating something in Wrike? Has it ever missed the mark on retrieving or updating that information?
Have you tried Wrike's built-in AI agents? If so, which use cases have been most helpful for you?
When you ask AI to handle a specific task for you (e.g., creating items in the right format, checking descriptions for issues, updating data in Wrike), how do you make sure it follows your expected process and does not miss the information?
As AI tools become more common, has your view changed on which tasks should stay in Wrike vs. be handed off to AI? Has this understanding shifted and how do you decide?

Great questions, @Alina Kucherenko! I'll answer those I can as I'm between Wrike-using positions.

How are you currently using AI in your day-to-day work? I use Copilot in my work account to assess the shape and strategy of a project, then to summarize and analyze research data.

Have you tried Wrike's built-in AI agents? In a previous role, I had a Wrike AI agent assessing intake items to internal product backlogs (including one for how the organization used Wrike).

As AI tools become more common, has your view changed on which tasks should stay in Wrike vs. be handed off to AI? If it needs to be coordinated, tracked, and reported up to dashboards, it stays in the project management software, even if AI assists.

In our day-to-day work we currently use Claude Chat and Cowork connectors and plugins and skills, Wrike AI Agents, and occasionally Gemini.

We often ask Claude to pull information from Wrike and cross reference it with other connectors to search conversations and meeting notes. Use cases would be sprint meetings, project handoffs, out of office documents, etc

We have created many AI agents in Wrike, the most successful ones are simple. For example, when a certain type of project is submitted a comment is slacked to a specific channel. We have built many already!

I'm using Co-Pilot quite a lot more these days to help structure presentations, summarize meeting transcripts, and to plug in everyday Wrike problems in there to help me reshape the structure of our work. We've also exported projects from Wrike and plugged them in to understand where bottlenecks are forming, how long things are taking to go to market, etc.
Have you used Wrike MCP to interact with Wrike through an AI assistant (without opening Wrike)? What do you typically ask it to do, and has it ever gotten something wrong? Not yet, but MCP is something that I am starting to explore! I don't have much (or any, really) experience with it, but I'm looking to connect with someone who can tell me a little more about how it works.

Has your view changed on which tasks should stay in Wrike vs. be handed off to AI? How do you decide? We're not using Wrike AI yet, but I'd want to transform people's feedback on what manual tasks take long and would want to create AI solutions around that. The goal would be to fix everyday problems, but allow us to be creative, strategic, and still in the loop of what's going on.

I always manually inspect/review information AI has generated to be sure it's correct, comprehensive, and easy to understand.

We have rich, deep context behind all agents along with guardrails and sub-agents that check the work.
As AI tools become more common, has your view changed on which tasks should stay in Wrike vs. be handed off to AI? I'm not sure AI-handled tasks are going to leave Wrike, we would want a system of record for the work being performed even if it was automated

We use AI every day for brainstorming, drafting emails and client communications, summarizing meeting notes, organizing project plans, and helping turn rough ideas into clear action items. It has become a great thought partner, especially for documentation and communication.

I haven't had the opportunity to use Wrike MCP or AI Agents yet, but the MCP updates have definitely caught my attention. The ability to summarize projects, create tasks from meeting notes, and pull project information directly from Wrike without context switching seems like it could be a real productivity boost.

For me, AI works best as an assistant rather than an autopilot. I let it handle the heavy lifting of organizing information and drafting content, but I always review the output before it becomes part of a project. Wrike remains the source of truth for planning, tracking, and accountability, while AI helps me work faster within that process.

Still not set up, we would need to have the MCP have different User Roles compared to the user using it. (Dont want Claude to get too much senstive information)

Tweaking the ruleset & Prompt by experience. Also by verifying what has been done.

Yes, I’ve started testing AI agents, especially for intake and triage requests, which seem very promising.

With Wrike MCP, have you tried asking an AI assistant to work directly with Wrike (without opening Wrike itself)? We started this process, but we need a few more controls and testing before we can launch, we have SO much data in our Wrike account we want to be sensitive to credit consumption
Have you tried Wrike's built-in AI agents? The revision tracker is awesome - this is one had built with automations -so this was exciting to see as an Agent!

I have set up an AI testing space, which we can bring in test projects and have them run safely there - which means we can get a better idea of credit consumption, and action monitoring before rolling into live spaces. I also love using the testing environment too - to "pre-flight" before activating!
As AI tools become more common, has your view changed on which tasks should stay in Wrike vs. be handed off to AI? I think there is a constant evaluation needed, should it be AI, or handled in normal processes. My take, is that if your process has gaps, Agents and AI won't help that -it MAY make it worse - BUT it can help inform where and how you need to train your teams so that they are ready for implementing AI Smartly. I'm loving seeing my teams, come up with some really brilliant and EASY agents to streamline their day to day!!
