Ever scrolled through a thread, seen a response that saved your workday, and just moved on? We’ve all been there! But in our Community, a quick reaction does a whole lot more than just say "thanks."

Here is why clicking that reaction buttons actually matters:

It boosts the author: Sharing workflows and troubleshooting takes time. When you react, you let fellow members know their efforts are helping real people.
It highlights top solutions: Reactions help other members quickly spot trusted answers and effective workarounds without having to read long threads.
It helps everyone level up: Reactions directly drive your progress through our Community Ranks!

How It Works

Below every post and comment in the Community, you will see three reaction options:

👍 Like

When you use a reaction, you award 1 point directly to the author of that post or comment.

By actively engaging and showing appreciation, you encourage other members to check out your contributions. When they react to your comments, feedback, and tips, those points fuel your profile!

Why Points Matter (And What You Unlock!)

As you earn points from reactions, comments, and feedback, you progress through our six Community Ranks, and higher ranks come with serious perks!

I usually hit the Like button as I thought that's what acts as an upvote (especially in the Product Feedback thread). I guess the Like is more of a familiar action for me that we see on social media platforms, so it's a bit of a habit to hit that thumbs up 👍️!

I try to also leave a comment to not only make the author feel appreciated and to show that the time they took to share an idea or thought or solution is valued.

I probably use 👍 Like the most because it's a quick way to acknowledge someone's contribution, but I also try to use 💡 Insightful when someone shares a creative solution or a tip I hadn't considered before. A thoughtful comment can take time to write, so I think it's important to recognize the effort people put into helping the community.
