We are thrilled to roll out a major update to your administration workspace: the newly redesigned AI Usage page! ๐
As AI usage grows across your team, tracking consumption and feature adoption becomes essential. This updated page provides admins with the data and control needed to manage AI workflows effectively.

Overview
This update gives admins centralized visibility into AI operations. From a single view, you can monitor action consumption, track feature adoption, and audit usage across the account.

Centralized Governance: Toggle Generative AI capabilities on or off with a single click.

Granular Visibility: Audit usage by specific AI Agents, individual users, or standalone features.

Complete Accountability: Track usage metrics across all spaces, including private and locked spaces, ensuring full administrative oversight.
Getting Started: The Control Center โ๏ธ
When you navigate to Settings > Account Management and click on the AI Usage tab, youโll immediately notice the streamlined interface.
Monthly Usage Summaries ๐
The top section splits your consumption into two clear, distinct blocks to help you track your monthly actions:
1. AI Elite Tier
This section tracks consumption for advanced AI features, including Wrike Copilot, AI Agents, and the Widget Generator.
Tip: Click "Show history" to expand a visual bar chart that maps out exactly how many AI Elite actions your team consumed month-over-month.
2. AI Essentials Tier
Just below the Elite section, you will find an identical usage summary dedicated to AI Essentials. This covers everyday productivity features like Comments Summary,AI Content Generation, and more.
The Analytics Tables ๐๏ธ
Scroll down past the summaries to view detailed tables showing exactly how and where AI features are being used.
- The Agents Table
Review the activity of your AI workflows. This table logs the agent's name, author, space, total executions, and actions taken.
- The Users Table
This section displays usage metrics per user, allowing admins to see who is using AI features most frequently.
Note: This table aggregates data across all spaces (including public, private, and locked spaces). Admins with access to the AI usage page can see this high-level data even if they donโt have direct access to a specific private or locked space.
- The Features Table
This section displays usage metrics broken down by individual AI features. For full visibility, data from public, private, and locked spaces is included and visible to account admins, regardless of their specific space permissions.
Export AI usage data
Easily export AI usage reports by selecting Export Data, choosing a date range, and clicking Export.
