Beware of AI Agents

I'd like to share my latest experience with AI Agents.

I tried to set up an Agent with quite simple tasks, e. g. removing our Dummy User as assignee where other users have been assigned additionally.

The result was horrible - the agent assigned about 20 random users to several tasks and even told me it hadn't done any change!

The whole AI integrations seems to be in an experimental stage. So I strongly recommend to use it also in experimental enviroment only!

I would highly appreciate if wrike would focus on more felxible automation capabillities instead.

make sure you filter work items before they reach your agents

you can test the validity of your prompt in your Playground, but not the validity of your triggers, scopes or filters
- to validate those, you want to create a test folder and appoint your agent there
