As a Wrike Admin, the most valuable takeaway for me is the new guidance on tracking pending approvals. Governance and visibility into approval bottlenecks become increasingly important as adoption grows, so I'm looking forward to exploring ways to incorporate these practices into dashboards and operational reporting. @Lea Labastida Apologies for the late reply! Since you've already done AI Elite Mastery, here are some hands-on resources to get an agent actually running:

Start with a prebuilt agent (Intake, Triaging, or Risk/Status Reporter) in a small test folder before building for the larger team.
Conversational Builder: just describe what you want in plain language and it builds the agent for you. You can also open an existing agent and click Edit in chat to fix it.
AI Agent Prompt Writing Guide: here's a post that shows how to write effective prompts for Wrike AI Agents!
AI Agents Library & Inspiration: real, copyable agent configs.
Wrike AI Community forum: post your use case for build/troubleshooting help.
AI Agents Help Center: overview plus trigger/action references.
