We have a task for when a job needs on site support. It gets put onto a calendar, but what would really helpful is if we could change the assignees work calendar so they are not available for the on site time. There are other instances where having access to the work schedule would be great, like PTO requests. Currently when someone wants to puts in a request, they fill out a form that creates the request task and part of the approval process is updating that person's work schedule which has to be done by the requester or an admin. That really is something that can be automated. Since I started using Wrike I have wondered why there isn't more integration of the work schedules, especially with the calendar.
