Hi @Steven Vogt, thanks a lot for reaching out!
The closest thing available is Workflow Reports that allow you to view the average amount of time tasks spend in a particular status; see what percentage of tasks change from one status to another, and view the average number of changes from one status to another which occur on a weekly basis.
I can move your post to our Product Feedback forum and pass your suggestion to our Product team, too 👍
I use the Timelog view to get an idea of how much time a project has taken and when people where working on it. It is dependent on people tracking their time for their tasks, but it shows the date they worked on the task and how much time they spent on it. You can also pop the task out into a modal window to see more details.
The first thing you have to do when you open Timelog view is to change the "Filters" in the upper left. It always defaults to "this week".
It groups the tasks by folder and gives a grand total at the far bottom if the screen, labeled "sum". If a task is in two different folders, then it will show up twice, but the grand total at the bottom will still be correct.
You may also be able to use a Time Spent report to automate this: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500005122861-Creating-a-Time-Spent-Report
Thanks! Will give those a shot! Is there any way to get this data with the API? It could even work to just say:Task A in Project A was started at 10:00 AM on 1/1/2022. Task A in Project A was completed at 10:10 AM on 1/1/2022.
I have to imagine those time stamps exist somewhere?
Thanks!
Hi @Steven Vogt, I believe our API document here can help you to build the integrations. Please let me know if you have any questions 🙋🏻♀️
we are looking to do this without running a query on a separate software. please advise how we can go about this
we believe it should be easily done within the internal reports in wrike using the wrike timestamp
Hi @Shira Parnes, welcome to the Community 👋
It's not possible with current Wrike reports, but there are workflow reports that you can try! Can this be helpful?
Hi Lisa, team - can we additionally filter the Workflow Report to a specific project? Currently, while it can be filtered by dates, it appears to be pulling the data from all projects.
Hey @Bo Samreth, no, there are no additional filters available, the report is based on a certain workflow that may be used in various projects.
I would like to be able to add a time stamp on a report. Maybe in another custom field for a status change.
