Workload and private tasks with effort

I have a challenge when people have a private task or task that is not shared with the entire team which as effort, is there any way to display this as a part of the workload as it will not show this for anyone that does not have access.

This means that the actual workload is a mismatch from the actual planned.

The reason why this is private and not shared with the entire team is due to cross responsibilities which contains notes that shouldn't be shared.

Great question! From what I can see, it looks like there's no way to directly display workload from a Personal or Private Space in the workload chart. If the user isn’t able to share the task or project details, one workaround could be duplicating the item into a shared space—without the sensitive details, of course—to still account for the time. Another option might be adding a daily task in the shared space to represent a certain block of time for that person, which could be updated as needed to reflect changes in time allocation. Thank you for the input, yeah I guess we already kind of use the daily task with some weekly recurring tasks that are just use for absence to fill in individual absence for each day to block out time for easier overview of available time. Could probably be used for that as well.
