My top 2 added features from 2024 (because I can't just choose one) are the amazing new dashboards and added automation features!
Improved Dashboards means data at your fingertips!
- The added features of graphs, sections, and parameters means that our department has one dashboard that instantly looks at our workload across the department and within each of our 3 sub-departments! We can now easily see all the work we have completed and celebrate that, while seeing what is in flight and being worked on right now.
Automations leads to easier recaps!
- The recent upgrades to automation rules let us be able to start doing team meeting recaps in an easier way. We now have a workflow and a recurring CIT that houses our agenda. Someone jots down info and notes from our meetings, then simply by moving the workflow to the next step, it sends out the "recap" or link to the task to the team using the Outlook integration/automation action. We can track action items and have a history of what we worked on for easy reference too! This is working well, we have launched similar processes for another group and our meetings there too!
