Our office had Wrike about a year ago and was never able to fully implement the software. We are attempting to try again in 2025 but for over a week ... we cannot get a response from a human or get on a phone call of any sort.
This was not our experience in 2022 when we jointed. Has Wrike's service changed with its customers or is there a way to actually speak with a representative?
Looking to start 2025 on the Wrike foot (see what I did there?) but I can't take the first step.
