I am aware that tables can be grouped by year(s) and filters can be used for custom date ranges. Is it possible to have a "Year" custom field that is extracted from a specific date field, e.g. Due Date?

I'm using wrike as a ticketing system and I'd like to report on how long individual tasks/tickets stay in a particular status. I know the date a status changes is captured in the stream, but can it be captured in a custom field? or is there another way to capture this for each task?
When using the Wrike for Outlook add-in you can send an e-mail as a comment to a task or project. However it is not possible to include an "@". So others do not get a notification of the updated task/project. Is this in anyway possible?
