One of our favorite ways to save time in Wrike is by using Automation Rules to streamline our marketing request process. Hereās how we use them:
Automatic status updates: When a task is moved to āIn Progress,ā Wrike automatically notifies the requester that their brief is being worked on.
Reminders for pending feedback: If a task stays in āWaiting for Feedbackā for 3 days, an automation sends a reminder to the Brand Manager to review and respond.
Smart task sorting: When a request comes in through our Request Form, Wrike automatically tags it with the brand and moves it into the correct folder for that brandās projects.
These simple automations have reduced repetitive admin work and helped our team focus on creative tasks instead of chasing updates.
