Cross-tagging tasks into a shared Marketing Space by brand
View-only permissions so stakeholders can follow progress without changing anything
Dashboards tailored to each brand, showing tasks by status, priority, and due date
This setup has worked really well. Brand Managers get full visibility over their projects, without needing to join every discussion or navigate team-specific spaces. It also reduces update requests via email or chat, since they can check statuses anytime.
