It’s time for another Wrike-Up Wednesday! 🥳

When it’s time to really focus, what does that moment usually look like for you? Maybe you’re putting on your headphones 🎧, closing all the extra tabs, updating your status, or suddenly going very quiet!

What’s your “I’m locked in” signal?

What’s the thing you do, or the sign other people would notice, when you’re deep in focus mode?

Here's Mine: Headphones on 🎧, a huge cup of coffee at my desk ☕, and one very serious “do not disturb” face 😅

For me, I close all applications not needed when I am on a specific project. For others to know, my office door 🚪will be closed, sometimes music on 🎵, and I don't pay attention to those walking by me despite the faces 🤓😑🤭they make at me. 😀

For me, it's the door closed at the office with a literal sign that says DND on the door - doesn't stop everyone, but it mainly gives me the focus time I need for when it's time to lock in.

Is there a way to snooze Wrike inbox notifications or put myself on DND? They can be distracting when my locked-in time needs to be in Wrike! @Rohan V

@David Simmington t’s possible to snooze an individual notification by clicking on the tiny clock icon, but not all inbox notifications at once. DND is a good idea! I’ll share it with our team.

I use the timer feature on my Wrike tasks to keep me hyper-focused. Something about knowing I'm tracking my effort helps keep my focus and make me extra motivated to keep the overall Time Spent as low as possible.

Mine usually starts with clearing the clutter. I'll close unnecessary tabs, put on some instrumental music, grab a fresh cup of coffee, and switch Slack to Focus Mode. Once I've got Wrike open and my task list narrowed down to one priority, I'm locked in. If you hear a lot of keyboard clicking after that, it's probably a productive day. 😆
