Feature Updates
Wrike Approvals: Any/All (AND/OR) Support Now Available 🚀
You can now choose whether an approval requires sign-off from all designated approvers or just any single approver, giving your team greater flexibility and preventing approval bottlenecks.
What’s new?
- Flexible approval types: When creating an approval, select between All approvers required (default) or Any approver required.
- Supported locations: Set approval rules within Work Item view, Request Forms, and Workflows.
- Editable settings: Change the approval type on existing active approvals at any time.
- Mobile & status support: Mobile apps respect the new logic and close approvals as soon as one decision is rendered. Remaining approvers receive a new "No Longer Required" status once an approval condition is met.

- Whiteboards: Native Direct Sharing and Access Improvements 🗒️
We're excited to launch native direct sharing for Whiteboards! Collaborating on whiteboards is now smoother, faster, and easier to track directly within Wrike.
What’s new?
- Native Share button: Invite teammates directly from the Wrike interface without using Klaxoon UI or manually copying links into external chat tools.
- Instant notifications: Invited users receive direct Wrike Inbox notifications (and emails based on preferences) including any custom description provided by the sender.
- Location-independent whiteboards: Whiteboards no longer require a mandatory location in Wrike. You can create standalone boards or unlink existing ones; owners and invited collaborators retain direct access regardless of folder or task access.
- Audit log tracking: Account admins gain full visibility with all whiteboard sharing invitations logged in the Audit Log.
Note: For restricted whiteboards, hover over the Share button tooltip to adjust sharing settings. For public boards, the UI provides a direct link to copy for external participants

We’re excited to announce that the Blocks feature is now live! Whiteboard creation is now faster, simpler, and more customized to your team's workflow.
What’s new?
- Create and reuse custom blocks: Build custom whiteboard elements and save them as reusable blocks to speed up future whiteboard creation across your workspace.
- Access pre-made block collections: Choose from a wide variety of curated block collections to quickly structure, design, and organize new whiteboards without starting from a blank canvas.
