We aren't specifically creating content calendars - but we do use the calendar feature for many things - whether that is tracking out-of-office requests, or large portfolio projects, that have lots of key dates and milestones - we find calendars are one of the best tools in Wrike that we use every day!

Multiple clients/projects of content production (blogposts, ebooks), social media (posts) and campaigns (organic and paid) simultaneously.
Each task going trough a worflow from the marketing analyst, to the designer, to client approval/proofing and back to the analyst to schedule/publish.
Clients using request forms

Yes, we have a Calendar that contains layers for each of our Marketing Channels (e.g. Email, SMS, Mobile App, Social, Web, etc) and the calendar ONLY shows when we have a communication going out (e.g. Send / Push / Post / Publish, whatever your channel calls it). Because the team uses Blueprints for these repeatable processes, the Blueprint already contains the Owned Channels custom field to designate, in that one task in their Project, the task where the communication is being deployed. The title on the task says "Email Deployment: (Add Email Name Here)", for example, so that we can quickly see on-calendar the name of the campaign/communication without having to hover in order to see the project name. In addition to Calendars, it also allows us to visualize in Wrike Analyze to show line charts, indicators, and year-over-year data on our communications.

@Fillipe Neyl Walecki Looking at one of your screenshots, the one with the tables that list the channels and type of media. Would you share how you built the project to display those items? Was it via Custom Fields?

Yes, you’re right. The list of channels and types of media are custom fields, and we use them a lot :-)

We use pre-created blueprints to build the content calendar each month. Each client has its own blueprint with everything pre-populated. Tasks live inside these projects. Sometimes we move tasks to another project when something is delayed to the next month. Our goal is to deliver everything planned for the month because our contracts with clients are defined as a fixed monthly fee for a set number of posts and activities.
