Feature Updates
- Board View: More Flexible Columns and Swim-lanes 📋
We’re introducing greater flexibility in Board View, making it easier to organize and visualize work based on your team’s processes.
What’s new?
- Create horizontal groupings (swim-lanes) using any single-select or multi-select field, not just assignees.
- Create columns using any single-select or multi-select field, in addition to workflow statuses.
- The Other workflows column now appears on the left to help prevent an empty board experience.
- Filtering now displays only the columns and swim-lanes containing items that match your criteria.
- Empty groups and swim-lanes are automatically hidden when filters are applied, resulting in a cleaner, more focused board.
These improvements unlock more ways to configure Board View and visualize work in a Kanban-style layout that fits your team’s needs. Read more in our community post & Help Center article.
- Dashboards: More Powerful Filtering in Calendar Widgets 📅
Calendar widgets now use the same filtering experience as other Dashboard widgets, providing a consistent and flexible way to customize the information displayed.
What’s new?
- Filter by Parent, Item type, Assignee, Status, Start date, and Due date.
- Combine filters using AND/OR logic for more precise or flexible criteria.
- Display both tasks and projects in the same widget, consistent with Calendar View.
- All new and existing Calendar widgets now use the updated filtering experience.
- Existing widgets are converted automatically while maintaining the same results.
These improvements make it easier to tailor Calendar widgets to your team’s needs. Learn more in our Help Center.
