Weโve introduced new search and filtering options in Inbox, making it easier to find important notifications across the Incoming, Sent, and Archive sections.
Whatโs new?
Inbox Search
- You can now search for Inbox events across the Incoming, Sent, and Archive sections.
- When you enter characters or keywords in the search field, only Inbox events containing that text will be displayed.
- When search results are displayed, bulk actions such as Mark as unread and Archive all will apply only to those search results, and not to every notification in the section.
Inbox Filters
- You can now filter your Inbox to display Approvals, @mentions , or both.
- These filters help you quickly find and focus on your most important notifications.

Wrike MCP v2 is now live, delivering better answers, lower token usage, and faster access to insights when using Wrike with supported AI assistants.
Whatโs new?
- Unified search across tasks, folders, projects, and Custom Item Types, with expanded filtering options.
- Improved responses with people, statuses, parent items, and custom field values resolved into readable names.
- More reliable links and fewer parameter errors through support for the same numeric IDs shown in Wrike.
- A new get_items_children tool for navigating hierarchies efficiently and reducing token usage.
- Support for reading the children of multiple parent items and creating several items in a single call.
Wrike MCP v2 is available on all plans at no additional cost. To get started or update your connection, follow the instructions in our Wrike MCP documentation.
Weโve updated the New Table Widget to make hierarchy settings easier to understand and provide a simpler starting experience when creating widgets.
Whatโs new?
- โProjects and tasks structureโ is now called โNested projects and tasks.โ
- โSingle list of tasksโ is now called โNested tasks only,โ clarifying that tasks are displayed hierarchically rather than as a flat list.
- Newly created Table widgets now use a flat structure by default.
