- Wrike AI: Detailed AI Usage Tracking Is Now Generally Available đź“Š
AI Usage Tracking is now available, giving Account Admins greater visibility into how AI is used across their organization.
What’s new?
- Track AI Essentials and AI Elite usage and monthly trends.
- Break down usage by users, AI features, and Agents.
- Export comprehensive usage data to CSV for deeper analysis.
To access these insights, go to Settings → Account Management → AI Usage.

You can now add reference lines to column, bar, line, and area chart widgets in Dashboards. Reference lines make it easier to compare data against targets, thresholds, or benchmarks and turn charts into clear visual KPIs.
What’s new?
- Add a reference line to column, bar, line, and area chart widgets.
- Set a value for the reference line and optionally customize its label and color.
- Reference line values automatically convert to match any changes to the chart’s unit of measurement.
How to set it up
- Open the chart widget editor.
- Go to the Design tab.
- Toggle on the Reference line.
- Enter a value for the reference line to appear.
- Optionally, add a label and select a color.
Use reference lines to track progress against goals, highlight capacity or budget limits, and quickly see how actual results compare with expectations.
- Dashboards: Choose How Calculated Custom Field Metrics Are Computed đź“Š
We’ve improved chart widgets to give you more control over how formulas in calculated custom fields are applied.
What’s new?
When adding a metric based on a calculated custom field, you can now choose a Calculate by method:
- Per line: Applies the formula to each row individually, then summarizes the results. This works best when the metric is meaningful for each row.
- Per group: Sums the values across all rows first, then applies the formula to the totals. This works best for ratio metrics such as ROI.

- Wrike Mobile App (Android & iOS): Improved Dashboard Charts, Duration Fields, and AI Priority Inbox 📱
We’ve introduced several updates to the Wrike mobile app, making it easier to explore dashboard data, find important Inbox notifications, and update duration estimates on the go.
What’s new?
Improved dashboard chart labels and drill-downs - iOS and Android
- Chart details now reflect whether labels are configured as absolute numbers or percentages.
- Tapping a chart displays organized options for selecting specific slices or bars based on its grouping.
- Drill-down functionality is now available for KPI widgets, in addition to donut, column, and bar charts.
- Aggregated “Others” categories cannot be drilled into, consistent with the desktop experience.
Duration field support - iOS
iOS users can now update the Duration field directly from the mobile app, making it easier to manage time-based estimates for Wrike items.

More consistent AI Priority Inbox categorization - iOS and Android
- Under-the-hood improvements provide more consistent notification categorization.
- Users with busy Inboxes can more easily find important and urgent notifications on mobile.
