Left side

• Wrike logo: Click it anytime to go back to the Community homepage.
• Get help: Opens the Wrike Help Center.
• E-learning & videos Takes you to Wrike Discover for online courses and video training.
• What’s new: Brings you to the area with product updates and release news.
• Categories: Shows you a full list of all Community categories and subcategories.
• Wrike Stars: Advocacy and rewards program.

Right side

• Search icon: Type here to search everything within the Community and Help Center.
• Notifications icon: Click to view notifications such as mentions, post updates, and more.
• Message icon: Click here to view direct messages you receive from the Wrike Community team.
• Not signed in: You’ll see a Sign in button.
• Signed in: Your profile picture and name. Click for profile menu (settings, sign out, etc.). Sign-in works with your Wrike account. It means that when you have a Wrike workspace open in the same browser, you’ll be automatically logged-in.

Under the top bar, you’ll see the Search bar to search Community discussions, product feedback, and Help Center articles at once.

Example: Type “dashboards” to see related conversations and Help Center articles - no separate searches needed!

If you’ve been part of the Wrike Community for a while, you may notice some changes in how the Product Feedback process works. In this post, we’d like to explain what’s changing, why we’re changing it, and what it means for you.

👉🏼 How We Got Here: A Growing Community, More Ideas

Since launching the Wrike Community and Product Feedback program in 2016, both our customer base and community engagement have grown significantly.

That’s great news - but it also means:

• We receive far more ideas than before
• Popular requests can quickly collect a large number of votes and comments
• The original process (designed for a smaller community) no longer gives the level of clarity and consistency we want the Community to have

To keep up with this growth, we’re refining the process so that feedback remains transparent, meaningful, and manageable. 

👉🏼 What’s Changing

Previously, ideas received a Product status after reaching 60 votes. Going forward, we’re introducing two clear milestones:

50 votes → The idea is formally sent to Product

• 100 votes → A Product status update is guaranteed

This structure helps ensure that:

• High-signal ideas are surfaced at the right time
• Product responses remain thoughtful and meaningful
• Expectations are clear and consistent for everyone in the community

👉🏼 What’s Not Changing
Even with these updates, our core commitments remain the same:

• Every idea is still read and logged
• Voting continues to be the primary way to show interest
• Product feedback remains a key input into roadmap discussions

After entering your keyword, click the search button to open a dedicated results page. Here, results are clearly split into two sections so you can quickly find exactly what you need:

⚙️ Powerful Sorting Options

Refine your results by sorting them using:

• Best Match  
• Newest  
• Oldest  
• Top  
• Hot 

🎯 Granular Filters

Narrow things down even more with advanced filters. You can filter by:

• Title

• Category options: Search subcategories, followed categories only, or archived  categories.

Welcome to the Product Feedback section of the Wrike Community. This is where you can share ideas, suggest improvements, and help shape the future of Wrike. Every idea is reviewed, tracked, and evaluated using a consistent process designed to balance transparency, scale, and meaningful Product input.

Below is how the process works and what happens after you post an idea.

👉🏼Submitting and Supporting a Product Idea 

When you submit a new idea:

• It becomes visible to the entire community
• Other members can vote and comment
• The idea starts in the “Gathering votes” stage

❗️Tip: Before posting, please search to see if a similar idea already exists.

How to support an idea by upvoting:

• Search for the idea you’re interested in
• Click the upvote button to show your support
• Add a comment to share context, use cases, or requirements

👉🏼Voting Milestones Explained 

1. Gathering votes

All ideas start here! This stage is about discussion, refinement, and collecting votes.

2. Milestone 1: 50 votes → Sent to Product

When an idea reaches 50 votes:

• It is formally routed to the Product team
• This confirms there is meaningful customer interest
• The idea keeps collecting votes and feedback while under consideration

3. Milestone 2: 100 votes → Product status update

When an idea reaches 100 votes, the Product team will assign one of these statuses:

• Under review: The Product team is evaluating feasibility, impact, and tradeoffs.
• Planned: The idea is intended for future development, but timelines may be high-level and subject to change.
• In progress: The team is actively working on this idea.
• Launched: The feature has been released.
• On hold: The idea is valuable but is not being worked on right now.
• Not planned: The idea will not be pursued at this time. 

If an idea is marked Not planned, we’ll explain why and, where possible, suggest alternatives or workarounds. We may close such discussion for further commenting until we have an update from the Product team. 

4. Ongoing review
Ideas with 100+ votes are reviewed every 6 months, so statuses can change over time as priorities, strategy, or feasibility evolve.

❗️Please Note: Votes help measure demand, but they do not guarantee delivery. They do, however, make it much easier for the Product team to see what matters most to you!

Thank you for contributing your ideas, use cases, and feedback. Each vote and comment plays a part in improving Wrike for the entire community.

1.  About You – your profile picture, name, and basic info
2. Rank –  your current rank in the Community
3. Analytics – number of posts, visits, points, plus your joining and last active date
4. Badges – all the badges you’ve earned so far
5. Reactions – how other members have reacted to your content
6. Notifications & inbox – links to your notifications and private messages
7. Preferences - choose which notifications you want to receive and also set your preferred notification language 👇

Other than this, you can view a history of what you’ve done in the Community, e.g., your activities, posts, and comments.

You can also check out other community members’ profiles. Simply click their name or avatar to open a quick view, or select View Profile to see their full profile and learn more about their activity and contributions.

In this post, you’ll learn how to create a new post (and which type to choose: New Discussion, New Idea, or Ask a Question) and how to follow forums so you never miss updates that matter to you. This will help you stay organized, engaged, and connected with the topics and conversations you care about most.

✍️ Creating a New Post

To create a new post from the home page, scroll down until you see the “+ New Post” button and click it.

You can also create a post directly from within a sub-category (sub-forum); simply locate and click the “+ New Post” button available there.

Post Types 📝

You can create three types of posts: Discussion, Idea, and Question.

🗣️ Discussion

Use a Discussion when you want to start a conversation or exchange information.

Example: In the API and Developers forum, you can create a Discussion post to share information, experiences, or best practices with others.

💡 Idea

Use an Idea when you want to share a suggestion or feature request.

Ideas are different from Discussions because they include an upvote option, allowing others to show their support. This option only works in the Product Feedback forum.

Example: If you have a feature suggestion, go to the Product Feedback forum, click New Idea, and add your suggestion. Other members can upvote your idea by clicking the upvote button.

❓ Question

Use a Question post when you need an answer or solution. This post type makes it easier for others to see which topics need replies and helps users quickly find questions that still require an answer.

Example: If you have a question about your workflow and want to learn how other members are handling it, go to the Q&A forum, click “+ New Post”, and select “Ask a Question”.

Question-type posts are highlighted with a tag, which helps other community members distinguish them from other post types.

📌 Following a Sub-forum

Following a forum and enabling notifications for new posts and comments will ensure you stay up to date.

To follow a forum:

1. Click the “Follow” button.
2. Enable these notifications:
   
   • Notify me of new comments
   • Notify me of new posts
